RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price. Claims for return (if any) must be lodged to our store via the ‘Contact Us’ in our website, within the next 5 working days from the date of collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims. All requests for refund will be reviewed on case-by-case basis and subjected to the company’s approval. Our Return and Refund Policy is subjected to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

  • Item(s) must not be opened or otherwise used with all original tags/labels attached.

  • Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

 

Once the claim for return has been processed and confirm, you would be required to return the parcel received via Singapore post which is located in over 180 location in Singapore. Your return will be processed in approximately 21 working days.
